Howdy all!

As we mentioned in our last update we're starting to get the official designs for the Deluxe Foil Bookmarks in so we wanted to share them with you once we have them.

Today it's the bookmark for Mother of Learning ARC 3! Take a look!

It's going to be really awesome once we have these all in hand and can look at them as a single-cohesive progression. Once we get the ARC 4 design in, we'll share it, then get the orders placed right away!

Happy New Year! We're starting things off with some exciting news! The designs for the ARC 1 Deluxe bookmark have been finalized, soon to be followed by the designs for ARCs 3 and 4!

Once we have the designs for the remaining bookmarks in place, we'll go ahead and get them ordered!

Remaining Surveys Going Out!

Howdy, all!

The smoke test over the last couple of days was successful so we'll be sending the remaining surveys out this morning. It may take a little bit for Backerkit to process them, so we appreciate your patience! 

Just to reiterate a couple of the tips from our last update, if you don't see your invite email show up by the end of the day today, please take a look at the following:

• Spam Folder: Survey emails can occasionally find their way to your spam folder. If you don't see anything come through from Backerkit check your spam folder first.
• Apple ID Email Addresses: If the email address tied to your Kickstarter account is a secure Apple ID address, the survey email may be blocked entirely. The email addresses look something like this:  "[email protected]".  If you're not seeing the email from Backerkit, check to see if your email looks like one of these. If it does, we recommend that you first change that email in Kickstarter so you avoid any future issues. 
• If neither of the above avenues pan out for you, please send us a message here or send an email to [email protected] to let us know what your updated email address is.
  

Going Forward

As shown on each of our tiers, we anticipate fulfilling this campaign no later than January of 2025. So with that in mind, here is what you can expect in the coming months as we work on fulfilling this project. 

• As we get all of the products made, you can expect to see an update from us at least twice a month. So stay tuned here for all the latest!
  
• Once we have the products and are ready to start fulfillment, we will post an update and send an email giving everyone 48 hours to update their addresses if needed. Once that window closes, you will not be able to update your address yourself and will need to contact us directly to make those changes.
  
• With addresses locked, we will start packing and shipping. This final step will take some time. We appreciate your patience. ❤️
  

First batch of surveys going out! Also a new customer support system!

Hi Everyone!

We're just about ready to start sending out surveys, but the last piece of that process is what's called a smoke test. To do this, we send out surveys to about 5% of backers to make sure everything in Backerkit is working as it should and that we haven't broken anything. We'll be conducting this test over the next 24-48 hours. If everything goes well, you can expect the rest of the surveys to go out by the end of this week at the latest.

While we do that, here are a couple of things to keep in mind:

• Spam Folder: Survey emails can occasionally find their way to your spam folder. Once we announce that all surveys have gone out, if you don't see anything come through from Backerkit check your spam folder first.

New Wraithmarked Support Email

If you have supported our campaigns in the past, you may have seen us make mention of "[email protected]". This has been our primary method of customer support outside of messages here on Kickstarter. It's been a useful, but imperfect solution, so we've begun the process of transitioning to something a little more robust.

So, with this smoke test on Backerkit, we are also doing a soft rollout of our new support system. Going forward, if you require assistance and prefer to use email, please follow the steps below.

• Send your support request to "[email protected]". Please be as detailed as possible.
• Shortly after receiving your email, our ticketing system will generate an automated response informing you of your unique request number.
• Depending on our workload, we will try to reply to your request in 1-2 business days. We do not answer support requests on US Holidays or Weekends.
• Once we have helped to address your issue, you will receive an additional automated email informing you that your request has been closed. 

Please be aware that the above steps are what we intend to happen. We are using this opportunity to test the system and work out any bugs. We appreciate your patience as we get this new system fully up and running.
